Time-management and team-management.

After meeting with Jos we decided to be more organized.

We looked at our agenda and suddenly found out that the Final contest day is within two weeks whereas we are still not sufficiently ready for it. Also we found out that subscription list for using camera is quite crowded. Taking into account a lot of coming holidays time will be crucial. All these facts encouraged us to enforce preparation and start using time and human resources more effectively.

Firstly, we defined main tasks and then split them into subtasks. Then we decided to create subteams which will be responsible for particular task. Based on this we found suitable time slots and distributed activities on two-weeks term. As a result we created a table "2BeDone" as shown below. Next group meeting is tomorrow.
